Effective August 21, 2026 · Applies to the LuckyPouch Android app (package com.kese.altin)
At a glance
We collect: your Play Games display name and player ID when you sign in, the gold totals you submit to the weekly leaderboard, and an advertising ID when you watch a reward video ad.
We don't collect: your email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or any payment information — LuckyPouch has no real-money features.
We share with: Google, through the Play Games Services and AdMob SDKs the app runs on — never with anyone else.
01Who we are
LuckyPouch is developed by Ninth Bit Studio. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how you can control it. If anything here is unclear, write to us at ninthbitstudio@gmail.com.
02Information we collect
LuckyPouch has no accounts or servers of its own. Everything it collects passes through two Google services:
Google Play Games sign-in. When you tap "Join with Play Games," Google shares your public Play Games display name and player ID with the app, so you can play under your own name.
Weekly leaderboard. The gold you win in a round is submitted, under your Play Games account, to a weekly leaderboard so you can see how you rank against other players.
Rewarded ads. Watching a short video (to unlock an extra play or boost an offer) is handled by Google AdMob, which collects your device's advertising ID and related technical data to select and measure the ad. If you're in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app first asks for your consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings on the home screen.
On-device only. How many times you've played today is stored locally on your device and is never sent anywhere. It's deleted the moment you uninstall the app.
03How we use it
Strictly to run the game: to sign you in under your Play Games name, to record and display leaderboard standings, to enforce the daily play limit, and to show and measure the rewarded ads you choose to watch. We don't use your data for anything beyond that, and we don't build advertising profiles ourselves.
04Third-party services
LuckyPouch is built on two Google SDKs, each governed by Google's own privacy terms:
Google Play Games Services — sign-in, player profile, leaderboards, and the cloud save used to enforce daily play limits.
Google AdMob — serves and measures the rewarded video ads.
05Data retention & deletion
Your leaderboard scores and Play Games profile are held by Google under your own Google account, not by us — we never see or store them ourselves. You're always in control:
Local data (today's play count) is wiped automatically when you uninstall LuckyPouch.
Play Games data (your display name, leaderboard scores) can be managed or removed at any time from your Google Account's connected apps & services, or by asking Google directly to delete your Play Games activity.
Anything else — write to ninthbitstudio@gmail.com and we'll help you sort it out or pass the request on to Google where it applies.
06Children's privacy
LuckyPouch is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them. The game involves no real-money gambling — pouches contain simulated gold prizes only.
07Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use LuckyPouch after a change means you accept the update.
